Hi, wondering if the short wall next to the steps facing the living area is a full wall to the ceiling? Half of it meets the living area ceiling, wondering if the other half meets the ceiling upstairs.

I would need a downstairs bedroom. Will 16×20 accomadate that or do I need longer than 20′?
I don’t want to go wider than 16′.

I can imagine it, but it will be a very cozy/tiny bedroom.
You need to reduce the living room area.

Yes, it can be easily built on sono tube piers.
You can calculate snow load on the online calculator- it depends on the area you plan to build.

We used these plans to built our Airbnb on the creek. Guest love the layout. The plans were easy to follow and provide all the necessary information to built our cabin. We are planning on building another one and we are definitely going to use a pinup house plan.
